The “Northern Essentials” itinerary offers a complete immersion into the heart of the Northern Pantanal, combining wildlife photography safaris, wildlife observation, authentic hospitality, and full days dedicated to encountering jaguars in their natural habitat.

Over 8 days, you will visit three iconic regions of the Pantanal — Pouso Alegre, Porto Jofre, and Piuval — each with unique fauna, flora, and landscapes. Accommodations

Pouso Alegre (2 nights)
A traditional Pantanal ranch located in a 10,000-hectare reserve, known for its biodiversity, native forest areas, open fields, and rich concentration of mammals and birds. Rooms are simple, comfortable, and immersed in the natural environment.

Porto Jofre (3 nights)
Lodging along the Cuiabá and Três Irmãos rivers, home to one of the largest jaguar populations on the planet. Air-conditioned rooms, an on-site restaurant, and immediate access to river safari departure points.

Piuval Lodge (2 nights)
An 8,000-hectare property recognized for its diverse habitats — fields, marshes, forests, and dry areas. Comfortable accommodations, relaxation areas, and full support for land safaris and guided walks.
