Starting in the heart of the Northern Pantanal and ending in the blue waters of Nobres, passing through the mystical Chapada dos Guimarães, this expedition combines adventure, comfort, and authenticity, curated by Be North Safaris.
Day 1 – Arrival in the Pantanal | Pousada Piuval
After your arrival at Cuiabá airport, our guide will welcome you and start the journey to the Pantanal. Along the Transpantaneira Road, the first wildlife sightings often surprise travelers.
Arrive at the traditional Pousada Piuval in time for lunch. Afterward, explore the monkey forest and climb the 20-meter observation tower — one of the best spots for panoramic photos of the Pantanal.

Day 2 – Safari and Wildlife Day
A full day exploring a private reserve of over 10,000 hectares, rich in biodiversity. Through land safaris, hikes, and even night tracking, experience different environments — from open savannas to gallery forests — in search of giant anteaters, blue macaws, marsh deer, and more.

Day 3 – Crossing the Transpantaneira to Porto Jofre
After breakfast, travel south through the Transpantaneira Road. Along the way, make several stops to observe wildlife and capture the unique beauty of this route.
Arriving in Porto Jofre on the banks of the Cuiabá River, embark on your first boat safari, where the thrill of seeing a jaguar may happen within the first hours.

Days 4 & 5 – Searching for Jaguars in Encontro das Águas
Two full days navigating the rivers of Encontro das Águas State Park, the best region in the world to observe jaguars in the wild.
Our specialized guides use tracking techniques and radio communication to provide the ultimate Pantanal experience. In addition to jaguars, it is common to spot giant otters, capybaras, caimans, and a multitude of birds.

Day 6 – Back North | Pousada Pouso Alegre
In the morning, after breakfast, depart Porto Jofre and travel north along the Transpantaneira to Pousada Pouso Alegre. The road again offers incredible wildlife sightings.
After lunch, take a forest walk in search of birds and mammals. In the evening, an exciting night safari invites you to encounter species such as ocelots, giant anteaters, owls, and potoos.

Day 7 – Exploring the Farm
The day is dedicated to exploring the farm, one of the best areas in the Northern Pantanal to spot giant anteaters, coatis, tapirs, and deer. Through hikes and land safaris, capture incredible moments of Pantanal wildlife.
In the evening, another outing to discover the secrets of the flooded plains at night.

Day 8 – Leaving the Pantanal for Chapada dos Guimarães
After breakfast, depart the Pantanal and head to Chapada dos Guimarães. Upon arrival, enjoy a light hike in Vale do Jamacá, where the forest shelters rare and colorful birds.
At the end of the day, visit the Geodetic Viewpoint for breathtaking cliffs — an excellent spot to admire the landscape and red macaws.

Day 9 – Chapada dos Guimarães National Park
Start the day with birdwatching at dawn. Then explore the National Park, including the iconic Véu da Noiva viewpoint, where red macaws nest in the cliffs.
In the afternoon, visit Cidade de Pedra, a breathtaking landscape and home to birds of prey, macaws, and other Cerrado wildlife.

Day 10 – Arriving in Nobres | Snorkeling in Rio Salobra
After breakfast, travel to Bom Jardim (Nobres). Dive into the crystal-clear waters of the famous Rio Salobra, swimming among colorful fish and freshwater stingrays.
At the end of the afternoon, visit Lago das Araras, a daily resting spot for dozens of blue-and-yellow macaws, parrots, and other species.

Day 11 – Farewell with a Fulfilled Soul
After breakfast, check out and return to Cuiabá.

Payments in foreign currency will be converted according to the exchange rate on the date of the final invoice.
